After serving airlines for 20 years in different managerial key roles, Mr. Kafley brings wealth of experience in airline and aviation international best practices. Appreciated by Nepal Academy of Travel and Hotel Management (NATHM) College for the outstanding contribution in the field of human resources development. Mr. Kafley is the first resource person for Air cargo Management and Airline operation Management courses being taught in bachelor’s and master’s degree level in tourism colleges. Publisher of the book “an introduction of air cargo management” and in pipeline “Airline operation Management” Mr. Kafley is affiliated as guest lecturer in NATHM, NCTTM and APEX college. The last leadership role of Airport Manager at Etihad Airways and Chairman for Airlines Operators Committee (AOC) at TIA Kathmandu, is providing excellent leadership to the organization.
